What is MCP protocol?
Model Context Protocol (MCP) is an open standard created by Anthropic that allows AI assistants like Claude or ChatGPT to securely connect to external data sources and tools. It's like an API, but designed specifically for AI agents.
Does it work with both ChatGPT and Claude?
Yes. Both ChatGPT (via the custom GPT or plugin interface) and Claude (via claude.ai Projects) support MCP connections. Any future MCP-compatible client will also work automatically.
Is my data safe?
Yes. The connection uses a personal OAuth token — only you control access. You can revoke the token at any time from your Pobytník settings. Data is never stored by the AI provider beyond the conversation.
Which plan includes the AI connector?
The AI connector is available on the Business plan. You can test it during the free 30-day trial which includes full Business-level access.
